The Auxilium Community Development Corporation Economic Development Program encourages entrepreneurship, creates and retains long-term, private sector jobs and enable community and economic development investment in underserved neighborhoods. We help individuals across the state get the information they need to start or expand their small businesses.
Our fundamental goal is to establish positive employment outcomes by linking and investments to the employment needs of economically disadvantaged job seekers.
We focus on helping our participants gain and improve the skills they need to get hired or find a better job.
Targeted training and employment workshops provide a space for job seekers to practice their interview skills, refine their resumes and act on their career goals.
The mission of ACDC is to inspire and empower rural under-served youth to become the leaders of their generation by providing experiences and education which will decrease poverty and lead to high wage jobs in Computer Science and STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Math) based careers.
